Roger Wenschlag has served in many roles in education, training and development, and in the U.S. Navy. Since 1989, he has operated Performance Solutions, a training business, and has been a student and practitioner of behavioral style.
The mission of Performance Solutions is to provide training program and product solutions that fit for the customer so that they can accomplish their goals. For 20 years Roger has lived this mission by producing successful results in the areas of sales, customer service, performance management, supervisory development, and interpersonal relationships. Roger is an authorized distributor of Inscape Publishing, and as such can provide you with a wide range of DiSC-based assessments and training products.
We Hug in the Hallways Here was a labor of love for him because it will help people make better career decisions, and achieve more fulfilling work lives. Roger has a BS in Marketing Education (with High Distinction), and a MA in Vocational Education (emphasis in career development) from the University of Minnesota. He is a former Senior Chief Petty Officer, and a retired Commander in the naval reserve. He and his wife Diane, and their children and grandchildren, live in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
